GR (General Releif)

GR (general relief) GR calls usually come in the form of a question about Kofax (scanning to a file)which manages the files that are created by the Kofax scanning. These calls are usually referred to the Kofax group. Start a workorder and assign it to the Kofax group. Check email Contact on assignee and notate the user was informed of the assignment and that they will be receiving a Ticket# to keep track of the incident. If it is a Filenet question regarding authentication it is a metadirectory issue and may be our responsibility.
